The Surveyor’s Studio, located on the first floor of the Carriage House, is nestled alongside the kitchen garden. Your private covered patio includes a charming daybed swing and a pair of rocking chairs that overlook aromatic herbs.
Inside, your studio exudes a more modern look with design elements inspired by Marcellus Williams’s time as a surveyor. Included in the main living space are rich tile floors, plush area rugs, a wall-mounted smart TV, couch and coffee table. The kitchenette is adjacent and houses a café-style table and all the appliances you need for light bites between outings.
Retreat to the quiet bedroom, where a queen bed and twin bed await, adorned with rustic-chic headboards and a wall-mounted smart TV and writing desk. Your ensuite bathroom is more than spacious with a spa-like, four-foot-wide shower. Also, please note that after each stay, when a pet was present, in addition to our regular thorough cleaning, we remove all drapes and bed skirts for cleaning and steam clean all carpets.
The Surveyor’s Studio requires a minimum 3 night stay. The room rate does not include breakfast, evening happy hour or daily housekeeping. However, it may be added to your stay.
