The Amelia Island Williams House is an exclusive property where every guest is both important and special to us. We are here to help you book your Amelia Island reservations.
The reservations and rates at our inn are per room, per night based on double occupancy. An advanced payment is required for all reservations based on the number of days of your stay.
One-night reservations and stays of two days or more require a one-night deposit. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 (fourteen) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation less a $25 processing fee.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel your reservations at our inn with less than fourteen (14) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund may be made.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high-impact periods and special requests.
Check-in: Is between 3pm and 6pm. Any late arrival arrangements, after 6pm, must be made a day in advance. If you contact us 24 to 48 hours in advance, depending on availability, we may allow early check-ins or late check-outs for an additional fee. Otherwise any tardy check ins or outs will be charged $30 per hour.
Check-out: 11:00 AM.
Absolutely No Smoking of any kind or vaping on the property. Any violation of this policy will result in a $200 cleaning fee and loss of rental.
No Pets. Please call for help in making arrangements to board your pet.
Children – children age 14 & older are welcome.
Extra guests: We have a limited number of rooms which accommodate additional guests. For an extra person, there is a $50 per day charge. Advance room arrangements must be made. We reserve the right to refuse any guest not previously registered. Please don’t put yourself in the position of being turned away from the inn & forfeiting your deposit by bringing your well-behaved infant or toddler to your romantic getaway.
Incidentals: A Credit Card is required on file for any incidentals. Any damage to our rooms, linens or property other than normal wear and tear will be considered an incidental and charged to the card on file. We request that you use your best judgement when it comes to eating and drinking in our guest rooms. We have dining areas in our main house, as wells as on our porches and back patio areas. We do not want to have to charge for damage to, or replacement of, our linens and bedding. Additional cleaning charges will be applied as necessary.
*A 30-day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.
