The Williams House offers yoga on the front lawn of the inn. Our class incorporates flow sequences and short holds to improve balance, strength, and flexibility.
We link our movements with our breath to focus on ourselves and relieve stress. Poses will be modified for all levels in this series, and you will leave energized and centered.
A Moonlight Yoga class is offered at 6pm on Thursday evenings and Sunrise Yoga is offered at 7:30am on Saturday mornings. Guests, as well as local community members, are welcome to join the class. Community members should call 904-277-2328 for reservations. Guests staying at our inn can book directly on the website.
We offer yoga mats for your convenience, which are sanitized after each use.
Package may be added to any stay and must be scheduled 2 days in advance.
