Our unique facilities at the Amelia Island Williams House are available year-round for meetings, special events, conferences, retreats and private parties for groups of up to forty.
The Williams House offers three event spaces for your next corporate affair or gathering of family and friends.
The Carriage House
- 450 square feet of flexible space
- Space will accommodate 30-classroom style, 20-conference room, 40-audience style, 30-banquet style
- Space may be expanded by tenting area adjacent to room
The Dining Room
located in the Main House- Private room which measures 14' x 16'
- Will accommodate up to eight guests at a single table
- Room has a fireplace
The Parlor
located in the Main House- Private room which measures 14' x 16'
- Furnished with comfortable seating for 10 to 15 guests
- Room has a fireplace
- Can be used to expand capacity of dining room

Overnight Lodging
